Willard has 12 years of unwavering experience in the accounting, finance, risk management, and customer service field, working for small and medium-sized firms primarily assisting businesses with their accounting and finance needs. He also worked for several large companies as Business and Risk Management Analyst with strong customer service experience. Currently, Willard is a Director and Chief Finance Office for 2 companies in Australia, and 2 companies in the Philippines. Through this experience, he has gained a thorough understanding of the tax needs of small and medium-sized businesses and is passionate about helping businesses to reach their goals. He has professional qualifications of Bachelor of Accounting and member of CPA Australia. Outside of work, supports his Philippine community organisation, Gawad Kalinga Foundation in running programs for aged and young people.
